Jiangyin Tianen Garments, formerly known as Jiangyin Xingxing Fashionable Dress Factory, was founded in 1985. Through our hard work for many years, Sino-Japanese joint venture Jiangyin Arumany Garments Co., Ltd. was founded in May 1992. In July 1993, it turned to joint venture with Hong Kong to be Hongxing Clothing Co., Ltd. And in 2008, due to system reformation, it was changed to current name - Jiangyin Tianen Garments Co., Ltd.
Enjoying Excellent Geographical Location
We are located in rich modernized harbor city, Jiangyin, where we enjoy convenient traffic and beautiful environment. Jiangyin Bridge, the No. 4 in the world and the No. 1 in China, connects Hu-Ning Expressway and crosses the city from south to north. We are merely five minutes drive away from the entrance of Xi-Cheng Expressway and a two-hour drive away from Shanghai Pudong Airport.
Annual Production Reaching 6 Million Pieces
We own workshops covering 6,500 square meters in total, with more than 300 employees. We specialize in the production of various men's and women's casual clothes, particularly jeans, 100 percent cotton twill (spandex) and ramie/cotton twill (spandex) casual trousers. Our output reaches 6 million pieces yearly.
Supplying to Famous Brands Worldwide
In the last 20 years, we faced the challenge spreading like a storm with honesty, service, strength and quality by easy stages. Now, we have passed the evaluation of more 10 companies such as JCP, Kohl’s and Walmart. Our products are exported to Europe, the US, Japan and South Korea. We also have become the stable supplier of Arizona, Sino, Etam, Lee and other world-famous brands.
Applying Advanced Technologies
About 15 percent of our workforce is professional project technicians and we have rich order production experience. We focus on widely applying advanced technologies such as PGM and Gerber CAD software to production and service operations. In this way, it either ensured properties of high efficiency and quality on design, material discharge and size, or greatly reduced meaningless waste on confirming time and cost of material for the customers.
Moreover, we persist in the operation philosophy of “keeping improvement and offering products and services that satisfy the customers” and constantly improve management system. Wide implementation of Kingdee software has greatly intensified integrated management on planning, production, storage and finance to accelerate the enterprise to march toward highly efficient development.
